Rack for Steel Pipe Anticorrosion Coating Line:

 

The rack is used to store steel pipe and transport the steel pipe from the preceding operation to the next.

 

Here, three types of rack will be introduced: shape steel rack, automatic-push rack and automatic chain conveying rack.

 

1. I-beam Rack: simple structure, lower cost.

 

2.Automatic-push Rack:

Features:

 

a. Pipe-push device is equipped on the rack, and through the hydraulic (or motor), the steel pipe is pushed automatically.

 

b.  The height and gradient of the rack can be adjusted according to the actual requirements.

c. With large endurance, and stability

 

3.Automatic chain conveying rack

 

Features:

 

a. The steel pipe will be operated through the reduction motor drive, which can reduce the labor intensity of workers and

 

onsite risk. In addition, it can improve the efficiency, and then achieve the automatic pipe inbound.
